1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

2. The wrong item was delivered
3. The product is significantly different from the description

2. The item must be in its original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

3. Refund will be sent via the original payment method or mobile banking

5. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

2. Damaged
3. Incorrect item delivered

6. Delivery Charges

1. Delivery charges are non-refundable
2. For return cases (non-defective), customer may bear return shipping cost
